• Chassis baseplate teardown and microswitch actuator arm alignment
• Replacement of hardened or compressed basin sealing gasket with fluorosilicone
• Stainless steel latch spring retention adjustment for tight mechanical lock
• Vacuum differential pressure manometer hold test (-22 kPa threshold)
