Water Ingress into Upper Motor Chamber
Water droplets visibly blowing out from rear exhaust. HEPA filter completely soaked. Motor sound becomes muffled, bubbling, or groaning.
Possible Causes
How liquid bypasses the dynamic barrier:
- Tipping While Running: Machine bumped or pulled aggressively, causing water inside the basin to splash past the separator baffle.
- Detergent / Foaming Agent in Water: Ordinary soap or floor wash added to the basin generating thick foam that surges straight into the fan blades.
- Operating Without Separator: Vacuum started with the dynamic separator missing or loosened.
- Water Basin Overfilled: Exceeding the maximum level indicator reduces vortex clearance.
Diagnostic & Check Steps
1. 立即关机并拔掉电源！2. 倒掉水箱余水并卸下 HEPA 滤网；3. 严禁使用电吹风自行对电机盲吹；4. 联系客服送修清洗轴承与恒温干燥绝缘，防止电机生锈报废。
