Suction Power Significantly Decreased / Restricted Airflow

Airflow feels noticeably weak at the wand tip. Motor pitch sounds strained or unusually high-pitched. Cleaning efficiency on carpets drops sharply.

Possible Causes

Root causes behind vacuum suction degradation in water-filtration systems:

  • Clogged Dynamic Separator: Fine pet fur and wet lint accumulation across separator slots choking airflow into the turbine.
  • Saturated HEPA Neutralizer: Rear HEPA filter filled with microscopic dust beyond maximum air permeability threshold.
  • Water Basin Level Too High: Adding water past the MAX fill line causing turbulent water cavitation and air throttling.
  • Hose / Wand Obstruction: Solid debris lodged in curved handle elbows or wand joint necks.
  • Basin Rim Gasket Leak: Worn gasket breaking airtight negative pressure seal.

Diagnostic & Check Steps

1. 卸下分离器用毛刷清理齿槽缝隙;2. 拆下后盖查看 HEPA 滤纸是否发黑;3. 拔下软管用手电筒或硬币穿透测试排查堵塞;4. 检查水箱是否漏气或卡扣松动。
