Machine Will Not Power On / Lights and Motor Dead
Connecting plug to wall socket yields zero response. Switch or touch panel does not illuminate. Motor completely silent.
Possible Causes
Root electrical and safety factors:
- Basin Safety Interlock Open: Water basin not fully seated or clamps unlatched. Safety microswitch deliberately prevents motor ignition to prevent user injury.
- Power Cord Core Fracture: Internal copper strands severed inside the molded plug or rubber strain relief from habitual pulling.
- Blown Mainboard Fuse / Surge Protection: Voltage spikes triggering internal crowbar fuse circuit.
Diagnostic & Check Steps
1. 重新平稳对准水箱并用力卡紧两侧金属卡扣；2. 更换墙壁插座排除插座无电；3. 顺着电源线轻揉排查是否有断线接触不良；4. 若依旧不通电请联系客服检测主板与微动开关。
