Power Nozzle Motorized Brush Roller Not Spinning
Main vacuum suction runs normally, but the floor power nozzle roller remains stationary on carpets. Red circuit breaker reset button on nozzle pops out.
Possible Causes
Mechanisms behind motorized beater bar stalls:
- Hair Tangle Jam: Long hair and rug fringe tightly wound around end bearing hubs, stalling roller rotation.
- Thermal Overload Switch Tripped: Excessive carpet pile friction overheating the small drive motor, triggering safety cutoff.
- Broken Cogged Belt: Reinforced drive belt snapped or stripped teeth due to sudden obstruction.
- Wand Circuit Interruption: Loose contact shoe or oxidized pins between telescopic wand and nozzle neck.
Diagnostic & Check Steps
1. 拔下电源，按压刷头上的红色复位按钮；2. 旋下刷头底板，用剪刀清理滚刷轴承缠绕毛发；3. 检查皮带是否完好咬合齿轮；4. 清洁伸缩硬管两端金属导电插片。
