Standard 4-Step Packaging Checklist
- Drain and Dry the Water Basin: Absolutely drain all liquid! Never ship with water or damp sludge in the basin, as transit inversions will destroy the motor.
- Protect the Main Dome: Wrap the main motor dome with at least 3 layers of high-density bubble wrap. Anchor the bottom corners with foam blocks.
- Required Parts Only: Ship the main unit, water basin, and power nozzle (if experiencing brush faults). Do not send long wands, fragrances, or utility attachments unless requested.
- Insured Shipping with SF Express: Request insured delivery with courier pickup to guarantee seamless full-value transit protection.
