Hose Handle Switch Loose / Power Nozzle Intermittent Control
Toggling the switch on the pistol grip fails to start the power nozzle, or the motorized head cuts in and out when the hose is flexed or twisted.
Possible Causes
Electrical conduit harness points of failure:
- Internal Swivel Wire Fatigue: Continuous 360-degree rotation fatiguing the internal copper conductors near the swivel cuff.
- Oxidized Switch Rocker Contacts: Microswitch contact points carbonized from electrical arching over years of actuation.
- Recessed Wand Pin Contacts: Spring pins at the wand coupling stuck recessed inside the plastic housing.
Diagnostic & Check Steps
1. 检查软管两端插头插针是否有弯曲或污垢；2. 轻轻揉动软管接头排查是否内部断线；3. 用无水酒精棉球擦拭手柄开关与接口金属触点；4. 若软管内部断线请预约电气管路精密修护。
