Water Seeping Out of Base / Wet Floor Underneath
Puddle of clean or dirty water forms beneath the caster dolly. Visible water droplets weeping along the seam between motor dome and basin rim.
Possible Causes
Negative pressure seal degradation causes:
- Aged Basin Rim Gasket: Fluorosilicone compression seal hardened, cracked, or dislodged from its groove.
- Hairline Crack in Polycarbonate Basin: Water reservoir cracked from accidental dropping or thermal shock.
- Loose Clamp Latches: Steel latch springs stretched, failing to exert downward compressive clamping force.
Diagnostic & Check Steps
1. 仔细观察水箱注水后静置是否渗水（排查盆体裂纹）；2. 检查机身底部密封圈是否平整无破损；3. 扣上卡扣确认是否有紧绷自锁拉力；4. 及时更换原厂高气密密封圈套件或新水箱。
