Question 1

What is the courier mail-in servicing workflow for Rainbow vacuums?

Accepted Answer

We provide an end-to-end specialist servicing workflow: online inquiry & ticket registration -> doorstep courier collection -> certified technician teardown & diagnostics -> transparent itemized quotation -> customer quote approval -> genuine spare parts overhaul & rotor balancing -> high-pressure water seal testing -> insured courier return delivery.

Question 2

How to resolve water ingress, tripping circuit breaker, burning smell or loud noise in Rainbow SRX & E2 machines?

Accepted Answer

Rainbow water-filtration systems suffer motor moisture ingress or separator clogs if water is overfilled or left unemptied, causing bearing screech or tripping electrical breakers. Our service includes full motor chamber sanitization, NSK high-speed bearings & carbon brush rebuild, dynamic rotor re-balancing, and fresh HEPA filter renewal.

Question 3

Why is the Rainbow Power Nozzle brush not spinning or showing a red warning light?

Accepted Answer

Power Nozzle issues typically stem from tangled hair locking the wooden brush roller, a snapped cogged drive belt, or an oxidized microswitch triggering overload cutoff. Contact our specialists for teardown de-clogging and high-durability belt replacement.

Question 4

How to order authentic OEM Rainbow spare parts (water basin, HEPA filter, separator)?

Accepted Answer

Our specialist service platform stocks 100% authentic OEM Rainbow spare parts including SRX and E2 transparent water basins, centrifugal separators, H13 HEPA neutralizer filters, wands, and genuine fragrances with perfect airtight fit.
